The inventory enables identification without ambiguity of the assets acquired: A unique inventory number is assigned to each item, and a folder is made for each purchase.

The acquisition folder includes all documents related to the article. Its location in a property is recorded in the inventory file and updated according to the movement of the object.

Remote data storage lets you manage your inventory in real time over the internet. A secure login system with identification and password enables you to access your personal records. Add, transfer and remove items in your inventory wherever & whenever the need arises.

Our software greatly simplifies the organization of stocktaking and reviewing a property from room to room using a tablet or smartphone to get the job done while staying mobile and flexible.

Editing the inventory can be selective or complete. It includes the inventory numbers, photographs, descriptions, scanned documents and reports.

Each edited registry must be connected, titled, dated, numbered and initialed. It is necessary to complete them annually by printing the list of acquisitions recorded the previous year and adding them to the binding.

Finally a digital backup is carried out and updated, we recommend a complete stocktaking every 6 months.
